Signature Health Bringing Life-Changing Mental Health Services to Lakewood

Cleveland, OH (March 15, 2019) - Cleveland-based Signature Health, a community agency providing primary medical care, mental health, and substance abuse services to adults, adolescents, children, and families, is moving from their W. 25th location to Lakewood on April 1. Bringing with them a full spectrum of mental health and rehab/addiction services to the Lakewood community, Signature Health is dedicated to offering the highest quality and best practices available.


CEO, Jonathan Lee, anticipates a smooth transition- “At Signature Health, every decision we make is based on what is best for our clients and their well-being. Located in a convenient, safe community, the new building in Lakewood will provide additional space to receive treatment or attend group sessions, for an overall improved patient experience.” “We’re thankful to the city of Lakewood for welcoming us with open arms and we look forward to serving the west side,” said Lee.


The new facility, located at 14701 Detroit Ave., will host a variety of healthcare services including (but not limited to):


The Lakewood location will also include mental health groups for adults such as Anger Management Group, Grief Group, Women’s Group, and more. In addition, dual groups for adults will include an intensive outpatient program, ongoing recovery support, and an Alcoholics Anonymous client support group.


With the opening of this new facility, there will be 70 jobs, which will also enhance the Lakewood economy. Mike Summers, Mayor of Lakewood, comments- “Lakewood is most fortunate and thrilled that Signature Health is choosing to expand to our community. Our citizens need, and benefit from the ever-expanding healthcare choices available to them in their neighborhood. Signature Health’s excellent behavioral and primary care health are a much needed addition. “
