What is available through the Mobile Clinic?
During the times listed below, community members may walk up for these services - no appointment necessary.
- Free naloxone nasal spray to carry with you and education on how to save a life during an overdose—whether it’s a prescription opioid, heroin, or a drug containing fentanyl
- Free fentanyl test strips to prevent opioid overdose
- Free, rapid screenings for blood pressure, HIV and hepatitis C, and connection to prevention and treatment resources
- Free condoms and lubrication to support sexual wellness
- Free hygiene kits with items such as toothpaste/toothbrush, feminine products, body wipes/wash, shaving supplies, lotion, etc.
- A nurse assessment of vital signs, medical concerns and medication reconciliation, with linkage to primary care and/or behavioral health services
- Help with registration and scheduling a mental health or addiction recovery assessment, to access counseling, psychiatry, case management and other Signature Health services
