Signature Health's Care at Home program provides specialized psychiatry, counseling and case management services to support the needs of older adults residing in assisted living/nursing facilities or at home who may experience barriers accessing care.

Signature Health accepts Traditional Medicare, Ohio Medicaid and the following Medicare Advantage Plans: AARP, Aetna, Anthem, Buckeye, CareSource, Humana, Molina, United Healthcare, Valor Health Plan, and Wellcare.
