In addition to providing outpatient mental health, addiction recovery and primary care services at our six health centers, we also offer services at our four residential facilities.

A residential treatment facility in Cleveland serving adults with serious mental illness or substance use disorder.

An 8-bed dual diagnosis treatment facility in Euclid, Ohio.

Transportation Services

To minimize patient barriers, Signature Health offers transportation services to qualifying patients. Each of our locations are also located near a main bus route for patient convenience.

If you are regularly unable to make it to your appointments because of lack of transportation, please let us know.

Walk-In Hours

We work to reduce barriers to care for our patients.

If someone reaches a turning point, realizing they need to get help, we want to make it easy to take action quickly.
